Asking the right questions?

With all the research, planning, and thought that folks put into choosing a professional to represent them, there are really only three crucial questions they are looking for answers to:

1) Can I trust you?

I am active in REALTORS®  of the Palm Beaches and Greater Ft. Lauderdale, one of the largest REALTOR® Associations in the nation with over 30,000 members. Currently chairing the Professional Standards Committee, I have served since 2004 on the Grievance Committee and the Professional Standards Committee, chairing hearing panels dealing with ethics violation complaints against REALTORS® and with arbitration of commission disputes. I am an expert on the implementation and enforcement of the complex ethical requirements strictly imposed by the National Association of REALTORS®. I am also a nationally certified mediator and preside over mediations of commission disputes between real estate brokerage firms.

2) Are you good at what you do?

I have been helping people with their real estate transactions since January 2002 and have developed a network of reliable professionals ranging from inspectors and maintenance to financing and legal – everything you need to get you from where you are to where you want to be in the shortest time with the fewest problems.

I have specialized education in the analysis of investment properties and experience working with, and marketing to, investors. I prepare a detailed investment income analysis for each of my listings as well as for investing buyers.

A professional photographer is utilized for all listings. Cell phone snapshots are not what you should expect when you engage a professional brokerage.

My background as a former mortgage broker helps sellers working with me to evaluate buyers’ financial qualifications and helps buyers working with me to navigate the loan approval process. Buyers benefit from my extensive experience with conventional, bank-owned foreclosure, and short sales. All this combines to provide the premiere real estate representation opportunity available.

3) Do you care about me?

I will take care of you every step of the way, watching out for your interests and being there for you when you have concerns or questions, but there’s only one way for you to answer this question: Talk with someone who has worked with me in the past and find out how they feel.

Many people who have bought, sold, or rented with me have graciously agreed to share their phone numbers so you can do just that.

Want a list? Just ask.
